Dev log 17 - MC's first poll

Hi everyone and welcome to our dev log 17!

Please find our current progress report:

• Current number of renders: EP2 - 541

• Current number of animations: EP2 - 3

• Current percentage of text completed: EP2 ~ 90%

• ETA for the next episode: --.09.2026

As you can see we passed 540 renders and by the next dev log we should reach more than 600. This was the amount of renders we released episode 1 with. Unfortunately, this will not be enough renders to tell all that has to be told in episode 2 + we have a lot of animation still to be done. Since we started this game, the plan was to release 6 episodes in season 1, and we envisioned every episode with a certain ending. Especially episode 2 and episode 3 - they will have very turbulent endings. For this reason we can not shorten the episodes. This is the same reason we decided to remain on a two month dev cycle. Even though releasing half an episode would be much more beneficial for us, as more players would see the game, we decided that episode 2 must be seen without interruptions. So for the same reason, we will not rush the release.

Do not get us wrong, we are still pushing to our maximum, but we will simply need more renders to tell all that must be told in episode 2. 

And although we gave ourselves a deadline of 01.09.2026, we will have to extend it. Hopefully one week only, possibly two weeks - but no more than that! 

We do apologise for this delay, but it is truly needed.

Here is a small teaser of MC’s haircut scene to tie you up until release schedule. You will get to choose which one of the girls (except Emily) will do this, and during the scene you will find out a little more about what's been going on with her in the time you were separated. So choose wisely! 

And this week we have our first MC vote! You will decide his costume for the final scene. He will go as a barbarian, and he has two outfit options - Wild Clan and Warrior Clan.

As this week's vote is not for any of the girls, for Tuesday we will prepare images of MC in the winning outfit with them (they will be in their costumes). For the NSFW part, we will prepare some wallpapers of MC as a barbarian king and all his girls faithfully by his side. 

We can’t wait for you to decide, so we can get to work on those scenes!
